Both my wife and I are seeking teaching jobs preferably at the same school.
Canadian teacher and his wife
Currently my wife and I are teaching English as a second language in Hebei Province, China. We have been teaching in China since April of last year, our first assignment was at a Senior Middle School in the province of Inner Mongolia, it was there we spent four and one half months teaching conversational english. Unfortunately, since the school we were at could not obtain our work visa for us like they said they could, we were forced to leave, and find a school that could provide us with the necessary documents required by chinese law to teach in China. We were fortunate enough to find a school that could provide us with a good contract, as well as provide us with our working visa (as required by law). We have been employed here at Yaocheng School since September of last year, my wife is currently teaching students at the primary level, and I am teaching students at the junior level of High School.
Since arriving here in China, we have both gained a great deal of experience and knowledge, in regards to teaching english as a second language. I believe that with the experience we both posess, we would be a great addition to your staff. We are both very hard working, punctual, and we take a great deal of pride in providing our students with the best education they rightfully deserve. Our contract here at Yaocheng School will be completed on February 21, 2006, it is at that time we would like to continue our carreers in teaching English in China. For your information, I am from Canada, and my wife is from the Philippines, and we are both extremely qualified at teaching English to Chinese students.
