I have a Bachelors degree in Social Science and speak English proficiently with a British accent as my mother tongue. I have extensive experience in training adults and youth. I am a single 41 year old female that seeks to learn about another culture while imparting my skills as a native English speaker. I communicate well with people.
I am immediately available.
In South Africa I have trained many youth and adults from diverse cultures in regard to civic education. I found these experiences rewarding as a mutually beneficial relationship is built between student and teacher. The teacher is able to learn much from the students while imparting his/her skills.
I possess a Bachelor of Social Science Degree (UCT) 1991 and my major is psychology. The language medium is English at this university.
In my travels and while growing up in South Africa, I have found that I communicate well across cultural divides and am fascinated as to how other cultures perceive the world.
I am enthusiastic and motivated for a new challenge in life and see teaching English as a means to enrich my life in travel and work.
