I am interested in any English literature or ESL instructor positions that are currently available.I am particularly interested in teaching at a Chinese university.
As my enclosed resume shows, I have taught English literature and American history courses at Brandeis University.I also have several years’ experience teaching English as a second language.In Guangzhou, China, I taught English conversation and grammar to elementary school children.In Nagoya, Japan, I taught oral and written English to high school pupils, college students, and adults.
Whenever I teach, I make extensive use of visual aides and other props to facilitate learning.I believe that my past experiences teaching ESL to students and adults would make me an ideal candidate for any current English instructor positions.
