TOSIC reserves the right to change or cancel your participation in accordance with its operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. Should a change or cancellation proves necessary, TOSIC will give you reasonable notice thereof, in the circumstances, and where available, offer you a comparable alternative.

If an alternative is not available or acceptable, you will be entitled to a full refund of monies paid by you to TOSIC. If the change or cancellation is due to force majeure (i.e. circumstances like political unrest, war, or threat of war, riots, civil strife, closure of airports or ports, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, epidemic or health risk, acts of God, adverse weather conditions, or other similar events beyond TOSIC's control) TOSIC will give a full refund of any monies paid to TOSIC less a handling charge of $20 incurred by TOSIC with respect to your registration.

You may cancel your participation after you have made the deposit payment. But the deposit fee you have paid to TOSIC is nonrefundable.

If a change to the confirmed itinerary or service is caused by an air or transportation company, or other factors that are beyond the control of TOSIC, such as war, weather, political upheavals, unforeseen circumstances, etc, TOSIC will not be held responsible for the losses thus caused.
